2. Shipping Charges

A standard shipping fee of ₹50 is applicable on all orders within India. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1999.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days after placement. Processing time may be extended during sales, peak seasons, or holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 10–12 working days. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect.

6. Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to courier or carrier-related issues such as weather or strikes, natural disruptions, or incorrect or incomplete shipping details. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@praiseattirestudio.com, and we will assist you.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in our pricing. Praise Attire is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping details are complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or misdelivery due to incorrect information. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately at support@praiseattirestudio.com

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Praise Attire is not liable for packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. For assistance, please contact the delivery partner or reach out to us.

10. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide an unboxing video along with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
